What you will do

• Conduct in-depth market research on industry trends and competitor landscapes to develop value propositions.
• Curate conference agendas by coordinating with chairs and selecting presentation candidates.
• Manage event websites and prepare budget forecasts to track potential profit and loss.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies, including copywriting for email campaigns, social media, and SEO optimization.
• Secure sponsorship partners and coordinate their participation in events.
• Lead the on-site delivery of conferences to ensure exceptional execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree in any subject
• Experience in the conference industry is preferred.
• Capability to handle international travel and face-to-face networking
• Excellent written communication skills and professional online call etiquette.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work both independently and within a team.
