What you will do

• Run client engagements predominantly focused on the North American market.
• Assess commercial risks associated with targets in multi-billion-dollar transactions.
• Map political dynamics to determine the viability of specific legislation.
• Develop comprehensive profiles and views of senior executives.
• Leverage and contribute to a global network of professional contacts to gather intelligence.
• Deliver precise written advice and oral briefings to C-suite, legal, and deal teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in law, finance, consulting, corporate strategy, strategic intelligence, or government.
• Right to work in the USA is required.
• Strong grounding in US politics, business, and current affairs.
• Investigative mindset: curious, persistent, and entrepreneurial in sourcing information.
• High emotional intelligence and sound commercial judgement for client advisory.
• Strong academic background with a demonstrated interest in writing and learning.
