What you will do

• Lead finance transformation case modules, define scope and workplans, and manage your own and junior colleagues’ workstreams.
• Deliver client-customized analyses, synthesize findings, and present actionable recommendations to senior BCG and client stakeholders.
• Identify AI and GenAI use cases across reporting, forecasting, close acceleration, anomaly detection, working capital, and management insights.
• Translate finance challenges into feasible AI-enabled pilots and scalable implementations with data science, technology, risk, and business stakeholders.
• Develop finance topic intellectual property, publications, proposals, and client-ready knowledge assets.
• Mentor junior colleagues and build trusted relationships with senior clients and BCG stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or an equivalent discipline with a strong academic record.
• 6+ years of consulting or deep industry experience in finance transformation or a related domain.
• End-to-end expertise across finance process towers, such as Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, FP&A, Treasury, Payroll, and Fixed Assets.
• Experience leading complex client-facing analyses, managing workstreams, and guiding junior colleagues.
• Hands-on experience with AI, GenAI, analytics, or automation, including assessment of data, process, technology, operating model, and governance readiness.
• Fluency in English is required.
