What you will do

• Help CEOs and leadership teams address strategic digital and technology challenges.
• Develop strategies for digital transformation, AI adoption, data and analytics, and digital platforms.
• Lead larger and more complex project modules with end-to-end responsibility.
• Work closely with clients to understand issues, develop recommendations, and secure buy-in for change.
• Collaborate with consultants and experts across practice areas to turn client strategies into measurable performance.
• Build specialized knowledge through consulting projects, digital training, and mentoring.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in technology or digital consulting, a corporate technology or digital role, a tech startup leadership role, or a consulting-like field.
• Experience with technology or digital initiatives, such as digital strategy, digital marketing, or business analysis.
• Outstanding academic record from a leading university.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong generalist consulting skills and a demonstrated interest in digital and technology topics.
