Strategy Consulting Associate Consultant

Location: New York, New York, United States. Hybrid working model combining work from home with on-site presence at clients or hirify.global offices; travel is required for client-facing work.

Salary: $120,000–$137,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop structured solutions to complex client business problems across different industries and project types.
• Conduct market, primary, and desk research to generate insights for client decision-making.
• Design custom analyses using Excel, Access, Confirmit, and hirify.global proprietary software.
• Synthesize complex findings into clear recommendations and deliver written and oral presentations.
• Build client relationships, support project planning, track risks and issues, and help keep projects on track.
• Collaborate across disciplines and mentor Associates while continuing to build consulting and analytical capabilities.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
• PhD or Master’s degree with a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, analytical, or research-oriented field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, analytics, market research, life sciences, or a related problem-solving environment.
• Strong structured problem-solving, quantitative analysis, communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Adaptability, intellectual curiosity, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to learn unfamiliar topics quickly.
• Fluency in English and a collaborative, client-first approach, including interest in mentoring junior team members.
