What you will do

• Develop and manage a comprehensive event workplan, timeline, and budget aligned with technical priorities.
• Coordinate all logistical aspects, including venue selection, AV infrastructure, catering, and security.
• Identify and coordinate keynote speakers, ministerial participants, and startups, ensuring gender and geographic balance.
• Implement the event communications and outreach strategy in compliance with hirify.global branding standards.
• Oversee the production of post-event knowledge products, such as reports and session summaries.

Requirements

• Advanced university degree in Event Management, Communications, International Relations, Agricultural Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and delivering large-scale international conferences and multi-stakeholder events.
• Proficiency in Albanian is a strong asset.
• Ability to work from the specified duty stations in Albania, Hungary, or Italy.
