What you will do

• Allocate and assess the feasibility of qualification tests during the tender phase.
• Identify qualification slots and estimate related costs, timing, and location for bidding.
• Coordinate preliminary testing phases, including material ordering and workforce allocation.
• Oversee the planning of electrical, mechanical, and non-electrical tests in laboratories.
• Maintain a portfolio overview to prioritize slots and resources effectively.
• Ensure on-time execution through proactive risk mitigation and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the EPC industry or project-based business.
• Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
• Deep knowledge of Excel and MS Project with database management skills.
• Willingness to travel (up to 50%, including international).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
