What you will do

• Lead assigned projects from planning through delivery to meet targets.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, erection, start-up, and purchasing activities.
• Oversee project cost estimates and monitor progress.
• Act as the primary interface for customers, managing negotiations and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and guarantee requirements.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an operational or technical role.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Valid driving license and availability to travel up to 80 days per year.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with paper machinery and papermaking processes.
• Knowledge of the tissue market.
