What you will do

• Develop project-related documents and review project presentations.
• Act as a liaison with cross-functional team members to ensure timely completion of study deliverables.
• Support overall project start-up, execution, and close-out activities, including project finance documentation.
• Monitor internal data flow and communicate project status to clients.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines by tracking missing data and resolving client issues.
• Maintain quality standards in accordance with SOPs, GCP, ICH, and FDA Guidelines.

Requirements

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Must be based in Hungary.
• At least one year of experience in pharmaceutical drug development, clinical trials, or clinical research preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
