Project Manager (ERP)

Location: Must be based in or relocate to Sønderborg, Denmark. Candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance (minimum 7 years residency within NATO/EU).

What you will do

• Lead the upgrade of current IFS and Agresso ERP installations.
• Develop and adapt ERP systems in accordance with business requirements and compliance regulations.
• Take overall responsibility for decisions regarding ERP solutions and their total impact.
• Manage project governance and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Ensure a solid alignment between ERP architecture and other digital tools.

Requirements

• Strong professional background in ERP, with a preference for IFS.
• Proven experience in leading system upgrades.
• Solid understanding of ERP architecture and digital interfaces.
• Strong project management skills; PM certification is preferred.
• Experience in governance and stakeholder management.
• Residency within NATO/EU for the last 7 years to meet security clearance requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with greenfield ERP implementations.
• Specific experience with IFS upgrades.
• Understanding of supply chain, production, or design processes.
• Broad technical knowledge and a general interest in technology.
