TL;DR
People & Project Manager (AI): Lead two product development teams and drive delivery of AI-powered defence software with an accent on project scope, timelines, budget, risk, stakeholder alignment, and KPI reporting. Location: Aarhus, Denmark (occasional travel to Copenhagen, ~5–10 days/year)

What you will do
- Own delivery for two product development teams, covering scope, timelines, budget, risk, stakeholder alignment, KPIs, and reporting.
- Lead an Agentic AI product stream that brings agents and AI capabilities into SitaWare Insight.
- Build and lead high-performance Scrum teams (developers, data scientists, architects, student workers, and a Scrum master) in an agile environment.
- Coach and develop people while recruiting and onboarding new colleagues as the programme expands.
- Drive planning, prioritisation, and continuous improvement to enable successful delivery across teams and the wider programme.
Requirements
- Proven experience in both people leadership and delivery of complex agile software projects (on time, on budget, and to a high standard).
- Track record leading multidisciplinary teams including developers and data scientists/AI or machine-learning specialists.
- Structured, delivery-oriented approach with a strong drive to get things done.
- Relevant master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or a similar IT-related field.
- Must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO and/or an EU country for the past seven years (security-classified projects).
Nice to have
- Background in AI, machine learning, or data science.
- Project management qualifications (e.g., PMI/PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA C/D).
