What you will do

• Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Own and deliver projects with clear scope, timelines, and defined deliverables.
• Coordinate stakeholders across global teams to ensure high-quality, on-time implementations.
• Support capacity and resource planning using Monday.com.
• Improve project management processes, playbooks, and agile reporting accuracy.
• Document implementations and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Must be based in Denmark and able to work in a hybrid setup.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master and project manager for small to mid-sized initiatives.
• Strong skills in structuring work, planning, follow-up, and documentation.
• English: C1 proficiency required for stakeholder communication.
• Hands-on mindset with accountability for outcomes and continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Zendesk administrator.
• Background in automating processes using no-code or low-code tools.
