Location: Copenhagen, Denmark (hybrid: at least two days in the office)
Salary: DKK 38,450,000 - DKK 53,000,000 yearly

What you will do
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for clients, handling operational concerns such as requirements, delivery timelines, data modifications, and quality issues.
- Coordinate communication with clients and align information exchange with Customer Success and Sales teams.
- Manage internal projects across Commercial and Operations teams, including translating client requirements into actionable work orders and monitoring delivery through completion.
- Partner with operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries efficiently.
- Ensure precise, high-quality solution delivery and coordinate post-production and pre-delivery quality checks with BAU teams.
- Participate in operational/quality review and escalation meetings to maintain alignment and address client concerns.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with corporate clients.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Strong English skills are needed.
- Strong Excel and MS Office; ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects.
