What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of motor claims from allocation through to settlement.
• Validate motor claims for indemnity and fraud.
• Accurately assess liability using all available evidence and tools.
• Contact claimants or representatives to establish exposure to ongoing hire.
• Identify cases where intervening on vehicle losses will reduce overall exposure.
• Minimize indemnity spend through commercial decision-making and accurate quantum assessment.

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of Insurer RTA obligations, credit hire case law, and legal procedure.
• Ability to use initiative to achieve the best outcome for the business.
• Right to work in the UK: At least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa.
• Visa sponsorship is not provided.
