What you will do
- Raise department requisitions and manage POs for suppliers, ensuring accurate coding against budgets.
- Process invoices and coding for Non-PO suppliers and resolve payment queries.
- Create and analyze monthly finance MI packs and report variances to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with UK, US, and EU managers to ensure budget accuracy and spend tracking.
- Produce monthly and year-end accruals for Property Services cost centres.
- Coordinate the information used to create the bi-annual carbon report.
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience managing department budgets and finance tasks.
- Ability to extract, interpret, and analyze data across finance and administration tasks.
- Fluent in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment on own initiative.
