What you will do

• Raise department requisitions and manage POs for suppliers, ensuring accurate coding against budgets.
• Process invoices and coding for Non-PO suppliers and resolve payment queries.
• Create and analyze monthly finance MI packs and report variances to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with UK, US, and EU managers to ensure budget accuracy and spend tracking.
• Produce monthly and year-end accruals for Property Services cost centres.
• Coordinate the information used to create the bi-annual hirify.global carbon report.

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience managing department budgets and finance tasks.
• Ability to extract, interpret, and analyze data across finance and administration tasks.
• Fluent in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment on own initiative.
