What you will do

  • Act as the finance-tax interface, partnering with Group Tax to integrate tax requirements into finance processes.
  • Calculate, record, and report corporation tax, VAT, and overseas equivalents.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual VAT returns for UK and European entities.
  • Produce overseas tax reporting packs and collaborate with external advisers for tax returns.
  • Prepare branch and statutory accounts for overseas entities to support audit and transfer pricing requirements.
  • Maintain documentation of processes, risks, and controls while performing ad hoc reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience in finance, tax, or asset management environments with exposure to tax reporting or compliance.
  • Part-qualified accountant (or working towards a relevant professional qualification).
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and the interaction between finance and tax processes.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and translate insights into clear reporting outputs.
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders across finance, tax, and external advisory teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and proactive approach to accuracy in reporting.
