TL;DR
Case Manager (Fintech): Packaging and reviewing secured loan applications to ensure accuracy and payout with an accent on due diligence and lender communication. Focus on optimizing the customer application journey, verifying financial documentation, and meeting performance KPIs.
Location: Hybrid (Manchester/London). Must be based in the UK and able to work from the office minimum 2 days per week
Salary: Basic salary up to £34k - OTE £47K

What you will do
- Review, evaluate, and package secured loan applications to ensure accuracy and successful payout.
- Verify customer income, employment, credit history, and property details through thorough due diligence.
- Prepare and process essential loan documents, including agreements and disclosures.
- Liaise between lenders and customers to resolve discrepancies and guide users through the application process.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, keeping them informed throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs while ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK to comply with the hybrid office schedule.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility and willingness to work shifts to meet evolving customer needs.
