What you will do

• Own benefits tracking, validation, and reporting for strategic initiatives across the Group.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and initiative owners to challenge business cases and benefit assumptions.
• Deliver portfolio performance reporting and prepare executive-level materials.
• Oversee financial data reconciliation to ensure consistency across systems.
• Drive process improvements and act as a subject matter expert in benefits tracking.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Professional experience in FP&A or transformation finance.
• Strong analytical and data skills.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and communication.
• Must be based in London to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Experience within the insurance industry.
• Proficiency with portfolio tools such as Wave.
• Exposure to large-scale transformation programmes.
