TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Cloud): Driving outbound lead generation for hirify.global Cloud Intelligence (DCI) with an accent on booking qualified meetings and pipeline generation. What you will do

  • Generate outbound leads via email, calls, and LinkedIn to book demos with qualified prospects.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on territory planning and account prioritization to maximize pipeline quality.
  • Design and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Clay.
  • Conduct detailed account research and manage the end-to-end process from prospecting to booking.
  • Refine messaging, call scripts, and outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Support regional Go-To-Market and marketing activities across digital and onsite formats.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in Cloud or SaaS B2B.
  • Proven history of achieving results in an outbound lead generation environment.
  • Experience selling to technical decision-makers such as CTOs, VP of Engineering, or Heads of DevOps.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Must be based in the UK, the Netherlands, Ireland, Sweden, or Switzerland.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Swedish, German, or Dutch.
