What you will do
- Generate outbound leads via email, calls, and LinkedIn to book demos with qualified prospects.
- Collaborate with Account Executives on territory planning and account prioritization to maximize pipeline quality.
- Design and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Clay.
- Conduct detailed account research and manage the end-to-end process from prospecting to booking.
- Refine messaging, call scripts, and outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Support regional Go-To-Market and marketing activities across digital and onsite formats.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in Cloud or SaaS B2B.
- Proven history of achieving results in an outbound lead generation environment.
- Experience selling to technical decision-makers such as CTOs, VP of Engineering, or Heads of DevOps.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be based in the UK, the Netherlands, Ireland, Sweden, or Switzerland.
