What you will do

• Acquire new equipment and reagent customers within private laboratory and hospital segments.
• Prepare and implement project calculations, including requirement figures, competitive analysis, and pricing.
• Organize and support installations, device demonstrations, and evaluations alongside technical and marketing teams.
• Maintain and expand business relationships with existing customers.
• Monitor market and competition trends, providing strategic feedback to sales management.
• Document all customer interactions and activities within CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.

Requirements

• Completed training in the healthcare/life science sector or a commercial background.
• Several years of experience in field service related to laboratory systems or immunology.
• Business fluent English (written and spoken), including technical vocabulary.
• Willingness to travel for field service requirements.
• Strong commercial and technical understanding with a high sense of responsibility.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
