What you will do
- Lead the execution of small initiatives and contribute to larger initiatives.
- Respond to and resolve Tier 1 inquiries, handling system and process issues.
- Assist in improving, administering, and testing updates to our ATS and recruiting tech stack.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Support ongoing programmatic efforts through coordination, reporting, and execution of assigned tasks.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data quality and promote system accuracy.
Requirements
- Prior hands-on experience in a Talent Acquisition Operations (TAops) role is required.
- Experience supporting or administering recruitment tech stacks and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously under moderate supervision.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data quality and accuracy in day-to-day work.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive insights from multiple data sources under direction.
- Understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and processes, with a focus on how systems and reporting can improve efficiency and quality.
