What you will do

  • Lead the execution of small initiatives and contribute to larger initiatives.
  • Respond to and resolve Tier 1 inquiries, handling system and process issues.
  • Assist in improving, administering, and testing updates to our ATS and recruiting tech stack.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Support ongoing programmatic efforts through coordination, reporting, and execution of assigned tasks.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data quality and promote system accuracy.

Requirements

  • Prior hands-on experience in a Talent Acquisition Operations (TAops) role is required.
  • Experience supporting or administering recruitment tech stacks and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously under moderate supervision.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data quality and accuracy in day-to-day work.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive insights from multiple data sources under direction.
  • Understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and processes, with a focus on how systems and reporting can improve efficiency and quality.
