What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for full-time, temporary, part-time, and intern positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce planning and recruiting priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using social media, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Screen, interview, and engage qualified candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruiting reports, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics within the ATS.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and networking events at schools and forums.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple business functions.
• Strong sourcing and networking capabilities.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia.
