What you will do

• Design and implement best practices for M365 services including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Lead the development of governance practices for Power Platform and AI-enabled tools.
• Manage and maintain the M365 environment to ensure performance, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver practical and scalable collaboration and productivity solutions.
• Mentor the engineering team and contribute to a shift-left culture through knowledge sharing initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong experience working with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange).
• Experience designing, implementing, or supporting Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience working in delivery-focused or agile environments.
• Must be based in a location allowing for monthly travel to London.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Copilot or other AI-enabled technologies.
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Slack.
• Understanding of governance, security, or compliance practices.
