Salary: CAD 178,000–209,000

What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision for the RevTech ecosystem, covering Revenue Planning, Opportunity Management, and Quote-to-Cash (QTC).
• Develop a multi-year strategic roadmap for CRM, forecasting, CPQ, and billing systems aligned with business growth.
• Lead the modernization of core revenue workflows to improve sales productivity and operational scalability.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered capabilities, including intelligent forecasting, guided selling, and contract intelligence.
• Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure product adoption, process efficiency, and revenue impact.
• Evaluate and manage strategic vendor partnerships and lead build-vs-buy decisions for enterprise platforms.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Revenue Technology, or GTM domains within high-growth SaaS environments.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce CRM and adjacent revenue platforms supporting sales operations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes (Lead-to-Cash, CPQ, Forecasting, Territory Management).
• Proven ability to lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives and influence executive stakeholders.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• Location: Must be based in Vancouver for an office-centric hybrid schedule.
