What you will do

• Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders to define product roadmaps and feature priorities.
• Translate business needs and pain points into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams.
• Lead user research and facilitate design workshops to identify areas for process optimization.
• Manage the agile development process, including sprint planning, release management, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop change management strategies, including training materials and communication plans for new initiatives.
• Define and track success metrics to ensure initiatives align with business outcomes.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in SaaS implementations.
• Intermediate knowledge of standard Salesforce features.
• Proven success managing complex projects across multiple functional groups.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
• Strong ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to pivot and reprioritize across multiple projects.
