What you will do

• Define repeatable and scalable Professional Services offerings and solutions.
• Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to drive the growth of services offerings.
• Design services packages and marketing materials for new accounts and market segments.
• Establish SOPs and best practices for Professional Services contracts (Fixed Fee, T&M, etc.).
• Lead and develop a team of Professional Services GTM Managers aligned to industry verticals.
• Coordinate external-facing success stories and knowledge sharing to evangelize services.

Requirements

• 10+ years of client-facing professional services experience in sales or delivery.
• Proven experience leading and coaching teams of 5+ individual contributors.
• Expert communication skills for interacting with VP and CxO level stakeholders.
• Strong ability to independently problem-solve and navigate ambiguous situations.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep optimism for the potential of Agentic AI.
