Clinical Consultant (Medtech)

Location: Remote, with a preferred home base in Minnesota or Florida. Travel up to 80% to hospitals and clinical settings, including overnight travel.

Salary: $88,000–$121,000 annually.

What you will do

• Provide clinical and application support for vital sign and cardiology products during sales cycles, demonstrations, clinical evaluations, and customer deployments.
• Train clinical and non-clinical personnel on product use and conduct post-training follow-up.
• Support account management by identifying customer issues and coordinating resolution with sales teams.
• Identify sales-force training needs and collaborate with marketing to create and deliver training programs.
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with business and project management on product enhancement recommendations.
• Maintain training and customer communication records in Salesforce and participate in a rotating weekday clinical on-call program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least two years of experience in critical care, emergency, post-anesthesia, telemetry, or a related health practice.
• Experience educating medical or non-medical personnel through staff development, preceptorship, or public speaking.
• Knowledge of cardiac arrhythmia, hemodynamic, pulmonary artery, and cardiac output monitoring.
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
