What you will do
- Educate customers and clinical stakeholders on products and solutions.
- Train new and potential users, existing partner sales teams, and end users.
- Maintain detailed product knowledge and demonstrate solutions in clinical settings.
- Organize and lead customer evaluations and deployments with the Account Manager.
- Present 's value proposition and position products against competing technologies.
- Partner with the regional sales team to advance sales and market penetration.
Requirements
- Nurse diploma; other disciplines may be considered based on experience and expertise.
- At least 2–3 years of direct experience in critical care, NICU, PICU, or emergency medicine.
- Previous sales or clinical support experience.
- Direct customer interaction and presentation experience.
- Interest in or experience with Digital Health or Healthcare IT systems used in hospitals.
- Valid driver's license, acceptable Motor Vehicle Record, and ability to travel 60% within the territory, including overnight travel.
