Manager - Clinical Training

hirify.global supports clinical research through clinical science, clinician training, calibration, and quality operations.

What you will do

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain clinician training and calibration programs, including materials, plans, exercises, schedules, and documentation.
• Assign, track, and document training and calibration activities against study onboarding timelines.
• Monitor clinician performance across studies and clinical scales, identify training gaps, and support resolution of clinical quality issues.
• Lead group training sessions, team meetings, calibration activities, and supplemental training.
• Develop processes, work instructions, guidelines, and SOPs for training, calibration, and clinical quality.
• Oversee Training & Calibration plan requirements, metrics, clinical documentation, and operational compliance.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, facilitation, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Good Clinical Practice requirements.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and meet established timelines.
• Fluent English is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with willingness to work flexible hours across time zones.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of clinical experience diagnosing or treating patients with psychiatric, neurocognitive, or other study-relevant disorders.
• 3+ years of training experience.
• 2+ years of experience administering clinical scales in a research setting.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills.
