Clinical Specialist - 6-month FTC (d/f/m) (Medical Technology)

Location: Remote role covering Northern Germany, including the Hanover, Bremen, and Hamburg area; approximately 60% travel to customer sites with occasional overnight stays.

What you will do

• Support the implementation and use of non-invasive patient monitoring technologies at customer sites.
• Develop tailored customer solutions with the Sales team and provide ongoing support after implementation.
• Train clinical and nursing staff at customer sites and the hirify.global training center.
• Present hirify.global technologies at workshops, trade fairs, and congresses.
• Document and communicate customer feedback through the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, Technical Service, and national and international teams.

Requirements

• Medical qualification, such as registered nurse, cardiac technician, or comparable healthcare professional.
• Strong clinical expertise and understanding of hospital processes and patient monitoring technologies.
• Confident communication with customers and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to develop customer solutions collaboratively.
• Fluent German and good working knowledge of English required.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable Motor Vehicle Record, and willingness to travel approximately 60% required.
