What you will do

• Lead end-to-end analytics projects from defining goal metrics to delivering actionable insights.
• Design and analyze A/B tests, quasi-experiments, and causal analyses to measure product changes.
• Analyze strategic opportunities to inform roadmap prioritization and product learning cycles.
• Translate complex data findings into compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical leadership.
• Identify friction and opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to retention.
• Partner with data and analytics engineering to improve data foundations and event instrumentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a data scientist or analyst with a track record of business impact.
• Strong expertise in experimental design, causal inference, and statistical methods.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one statistical programming language (Python or R).
• Familiarity with cloud-based data stacks such as Snowflake and dbt.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills to influence organizational strategy.
• Prior experience in a high-growth startup or SaaS company is preferred.
