What you will do

• Design and build a trusted analytical data platform serving as the source of truth for business and client data.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines to ingest data from operational and third-party sources.
• Establish data governance standards, data contracts, and documentation practices.
• Define and monitor SLAs for data freshness, availability, and performance.
• Enable AI agents and applications to retrieve relevant client and business information efficiently.
• Improve data quality and consistency across 30+ databases and platforms.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering and operating production-scale analytical platforms.
• Deep expertise with Databricks, Delta Lake, and Apache Spark.
• Advanced SQL skills and strong Python proficiency for pipeline development.
• Experience with modern data warehousing technologies like Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Proven ability to design scalable data models for AI-driven applications.
