What you will do

• Support the System Lead for Towers and collaborate with the AMR Tower Sub-System Lead.
• Prepare system status reports, technical challenges, and issues for review rounds.
• Maintain deep technical knowledge of tower components and refine system architecture with the design team.
• Ensure consistent engineering standards are applied across steel, concrete, and hybrid towers.
• Create and release critical system documents, including product validation plans.
• Manage the system within Teamcenter and represent the tower domain in major project meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical or civil engineering.
• Proven experience in developing steel, concrete, and hybrid towers, including anchor cages, foundations, and dampers.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar engineering lead role.
• English: Advanced level (C1-C2) required.
• Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain.
• Availability to travel for project needs.
