Salary: $45,000 – $90,000

What you will do

• Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical maintenance, repair, and replacement of wind turbine components.
• Troubleshoot complex malfunctions on variable pitch and variable speed wind turbines.
• Document all work performed, parts used, and time spent using computer-based service reporting.
• Assist in the troubleshooting and repair of SCADA communication systems.
• Lead maintenance crews and mentor junior technicians in LOTO (Lockout-Tagout) safety protocols.
• Maintain service vehicles and hand tools in optimal working condition.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required (or obtainable within 6 months of employment).
• Ability to climb towers unassisted up to 300 feet and work safely in confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Demonstrable mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge (e.g., differentiating color-coded wires).
• Ability to work in a wide range of adverse climates and environments.
• No visa sponsorship provided (H-1B, TN, E-3, etc.).

Nice to have

• Previous experience with SAP.
