Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee multiple land development projects as both Lead Engineer and Project Manager.
• Serve as Engineer of Record, developing site design solutions and leading technical analyses.
• Prepare comprehensive construction documents, technical reports, and permitting packages.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to represent the company and grow long-term relationships.
• Mentor and train junior team members while ensuring quality control.
• Coordinate across disciplines including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in WA, MT, or MN (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• 5–12 years of progressive experience in site design.
• Advanced proficiency in stormwater modeling software (WWHM, MGS Flood, HydroCAD).
• Extensive experience with Civil 3D for modeling and design.
• Strong understanding of land use and permitting processes in WA, MT, or MN.
