Construction Manager (Wind Energy)

Location: Onsite in Seoul, South Korea, with frequent travel across the APAC region

What you will do

• Manage wind farm construction sites from access roads, crane platforms, and foundations through wind turbine installation.
• Implement and monitor occupational health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
• Supervise and coordinate client and internal subcontractors in line with company standards.
• Conduct quality assurance activities, site inspections, and acceptance of completed civil and electrical works.
• Monitor wind turbine installation and cabling works, provide regular reports to the Project Manager, and support authority inspections.
• Assist with contract and claim management in cooperation with the commercial department.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in project management, ideally in the wind energy industry.
• Strong technical understanding, responsibility, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility, mobility, and willingness to travel internationally across the APAC region.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent English skills and a valid Korean driving license.
