What you will do

• Innovate and develop new product concepts and design features for the Straddle Carrier business.
• Convert market needs into technical solutions in collaboration with Product Managers and Sales teams.
• Identify desired product features and continuously update the product roadmap.
• Execute product development projects and prepare business cases in accordance with company handbooks.
• Coordinate internal and external engineering resources to meet functional and financial targets.
• Perform continuous market scanning for latest technologies and competitor design states.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in electrical, mechanical, or crane/industrial vehicle engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of related working experience in product development or engineering.
• Proficiency in using Teamcenter, NX and/or E3.
• Experience with 1KC engineering, Lean Juna processes, and ERM tools.
• English: Proficient reading and speaking skills required to handle technical documents and standards.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Hyvinkää, Finland.
