Clinical Trainer (Medical)

Location: Dallas, TX, United States (requires up to 75% overnight travel)

Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 + commission/bonus

What you will do

• Lead product trainings and demonstrations during new solution launches.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to support regional sales efforts.
• Conduct needs analyses and recommend appropriate product solutions.
• Provide in-person and remote clinical support via phone and e-learning.
• Represent the company at regional, state, and national conferences.
• Manage territory operations and document activities in CRM.

Requirements

• Au.D. or Master’s degree in Audiology required.
• 3+ years of hearing aid sales or dispensing experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel frequently—up to 75% overnight.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
