What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of paid social across platforms including LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and Influ2.
  • Develop and maintain a robust audience framework to engage specific companies and personas across the buyer journey.
  • Execute ABM campaigns in collaboration with the ABM team to engage high-value accounts and accelerate pipeline.
  • Lead creative experimentation by testing various formats like video, carousel, and document ads to optimize performance.
  • Track and report key metrics such as CPL, MQLs, and revenue influence, providing data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage and forecast budgets across platforms and markets to ensure efficient resource allocation.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience managing B2B paid social campaigns at scale, specifically with LinkedIn Ads.
  • Deep expertise in Person Based Advertising and ABM, including practical experience with Influ2.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate complex campaign data into clear commercial insights.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for research, copy generation, and creative optimization.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Content, Revenue Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Capacity to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
