What you will do

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with North America go-to-market teams and external media agencies to align channel strategies with business objectives.
• Drive the briefing, adaptation, and localization of creative campaigns into audience-specific assets.
• Liaise between the marketing team and creative studio to track and deliver approved assets.
• Work with the Global Brand team on large-scale campaigns and creative toolkit development.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience in digital marketing, paid media, or campaign coordination.
• Hands-on expertise in Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat ad platforms.
• Experience developing direct-response campaigns focused on maximizing ROAS and CAC.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
