What you will do

• Develop comprehensive campaign and brand plans, including messaging, style, and content architecture.
• Conduct creative discovery research on UK market trends and user behavior to identify winning messaging angles.
• Translate strategic concepts into actionable digital assets and manage production workflows for high-volume video ads.
• Partner with internal teams to analyze performance metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS to iterate and optimize creative assets.
• Ensure all content aligns with the new UK brand voice while pushing creative boundaries.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• 4–6 years of experience in a hands-on creative strategy role within high-growth B2C brands or agencies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to create high-performing digital video and mobile-first content.
• Expertise in digital content production workflows including scripting, storyboarding, and editing.
• Proven ability to use campaign metrics to critique, iterate, and scale creative concepts.
• Strong project management skills for managing complex cross-functional workflows.
