TL;DR

Senior Sales Development Representative (AdTech): Driving growth by identifying and breaking into high-value media and SaaS accounts using an AI-driven outbound stack with an accent on signal-based prospecting and multichannel execution. Focus on leveraging agentic AI tools for deep research, qualifying inbound leads, and scaling the outbound playbook.

Location: Remote. Must be based in the United States (Preferred: New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Boston).

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 OTE (Base: $70,000 - $80,000 + commission)

What you will do

  • Execute signal-based prospecting using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and MediaRadar to identify high-value trigger events.
  • Operate as a "Human-in-the-Loop" using agentic AI tools to automate deep research and personalize messaging at scale.
  • Design and run multichannel sequences across email, phone, LinkedIn, and video touchpoints.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor positioning and common buyer objections.
  • Qualify inbound leads within tight SLA windows using the BANT framework.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience as an SDR or BDR within Media, SaaS, or AdTech sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MediaRadar.
  • Power user of AI tools (e.g., Clay, Perplexity, ChatGPT) with a passion for prompt engineering.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be based in the United States.
