Salary: $59,360 - $84,000 USD

What you will do
- Conduct outbound prospecting and manage inbound lead flow for SLED accounts.
- Lead high-level discovery conversations to identify account needs and generate interest.
- Meet or exceed BDR-sourced pipeline targets (First Order, Stage 1, and Stage 3).
- Research accounts and identify key players using Salesforce, Outreach, and Zoominfo.
- Collaborate with Field and Corporate Marketing to drive attendance at regional events.
- Document and update business development processes in the handbook.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Experience prospecting into State, Local Agencies, and the Education (EDU) sector.
- Strong communication skills (phone and writing) and a track record of meeting KPIs.
- Ability to quickly learn tools such as Outreach, Zoominfo, Cognism, and Salesforce.
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
