What you will do

• Measure end-to-end marketing performance across campaigns, channels, and funnels.
• Provide proactive recommendations for budget allocation, channel mix, and audience segmentation.
• Build and maintain real-time dashboards for the marketing team.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on bidder and seller behavior to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Implement attribution modeling and ROI analysis to measure the impact of marketing spend.
• Collaborate with data teams to define tracking specifications and technical requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in B2B or marketplaces.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Segment (CDP) and ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads).
• Strong knowledge of attribution, funnel, and cohort analysis.
• Fluent English proficiency
• Must be able to work hybrid from the Amsterdam office

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI.
• Fluency in Dutch or other European languages.
