Paid Social Manager (Proptech)

Paid Social Manager (Performance Marketing): Developing and scaling paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn to drive student acquisition and ROI with an accent on hands-on campaign optimization and data-backed decision making. Focus on building structured testing roadmaps, scaling budgets efficiently, and iterating on high-performing creative assets.

Location: Hybrid (Rotterdam, Netherlands). Must be based in or be able to commute to the Rotterdam office (2 days per week)

What you will do

• Develop and scale paid social strategies across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn to achieve acquisition and ROI targets.
• Manage daily campaign operations, including setup, budget allocation, and bid optimization.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and CTR using MixPanel and other analytics tools.
• Collaborate with internal creative teams to brief and test high-performing visual assets and copy.
• Establish a structured testing roadmap for audiences, landing pages, and creative formats.
• Partner with Performance marketing, Product, and regional leads to align efforts with company milestones.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing paid social campaigns in a high-growth B2C marketplace or scale-up environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Sheets and tools like MixPanel.
• Proven track record of scaling budgets efficiently while maintaining performance.
• Experience in hands-on ad manager execution and creative intuition for social ads.
• Fluent in English (company language)
