What you will do

  • Develop and implement the Regional Marketing Strategy for the EMEA region aligned with global objectives.
  • Lead regional marketing campaigns and programs to drive brand awareness, demand, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify penetration opportunities, customer segmentation, and regional trends.
  • Collaborate with sales and product groups to optimize pricing strategies and commercial offers.
  • Manage and mentor regional marketing teams across various countries.
  • Track KPIs to improve marketing effectiveness, lead generation, and revenue contribution.

Requirements

  • University degree in electrical engineering or business administration with technical affinity.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales or marketing experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Proven international leadership experience in cross-functional and cultural teams.
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor markets, customers, applications, and supply chains.
  • Direct experience in high-level OEM contract negotiations and volume-pricing agreements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
