What you will do

• Plan and execute a consistent content calendar across social media and email newsletters for farmers and policymakers.
• Develop and manage email automation flows to nurture professional relationships.
• Own the company's presence at agricultural fairs and industry events to build trust with farmers.
• Coordinate farm demonstration days in collaboration with the sales team.
• Develop outreach strategies including case studies, trade press partnerships, and webinars.
• Build scalable marketing operations and iterate based on data-driven performance insights.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, growth, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing.
• Proven ability to build and optimize marketing funnels.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and email platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, or Monday.com.
• Native or near-native Dutch language skills.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Experience marketing to traditional/offline-first audiences or working in a startup environment.
