What you will do

• Lead the planning and execution of EMEA trade shows, roadshows, and sponsorship programs.
• Own the centralized EMEA event calendar and ensure alignment with sales and product priorities.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and onsite setup.
• Execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, email, and ABM channels for the UK market.
• Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to maximize event impact and lead follow-up.
• Track and report on campaign performance to optimize ROI and funnel metrics.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B event marketing, field marketing, or demand generation.
• Proven success in delivering trade shows and integrated marketing programs across multiple regions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience partnering with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders in international environments.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness and ability to travel across EMEA as needed (approx. 20–25% of the time).

• Experience marketing to manufacturing, engineering, or industrial audiences.
