Salary: €83,000 – €117,000 gross annual

What you will do

• Oversee the underwater scope of offshore windfarms, including cables, foundations, and scour protection.
• Optimize asset lifecycle value through risk-based maintenance and strategic planning.
• Manage inspection activities and address deviations with contractors and site teams.
• Handle contract and commercial management, including preparing OPEX budgets and business cases.
• Advise on design and operational aspects for new offshore wind projects.
• Foster a proactive safety culture to ensure safe wind farm operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in underwater projects; offshore industry experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical skills, commercial mindset, and ability to collaborate in an international context.
• Strong prioritization skills to distinguish essential tasks from nice-to-haves.
