Salary: €3,497 – €5,100 gross per month + 8% holiday allowance.

What you will do

• Orchestrate the full tender process from qualification to after-sales.
• Assist sales and proposal managers with engineering-focused quotations.
• Define client requirements and create technical concepts to solve complex challenges.
• Manage internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for proposals.
• Perform cost calculations and prepare detailed quotations for EPCI contracts.
• Contribute to social media visibility and participate in lessons-learned sessions.

Requirements

• Technical Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or Naval Architecture.
• Valid EU work visa is mandatory.
• Relevant work experience in a similar industrial position.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD software.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proactive, creative, and flexible mindset.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Dutch.
